Obsidian has always been present in the ancient shamanic culture of the Mayan world. Its magic is represented by the Ix, the snake of vital energy of the spine and DNA.
The use of Obsidian embodies the powers of the "Nawal Tijax", the blade that opens the interdimensional doors and connects us with other realities. At the same time it releases us from any energy that obstructs our evolutionary process.
